WHEN DOES THE RICHBOYZ BLACK FRIDAY SALE START?
For all VIP members, the Richboyz Black Friday sale will begin with early access from 10PM GMT+8 on THURSDAY 23th November.
General access will begin from 12AM GMT+8 on FRIDAY 24th November.
IMPORTANT: Our website will be locked out hours before the Early Access.
HOW CAN I GET EARLY ACCESS?
You can still qualify to get Early Access if you meet the following criteria:
VIP ACCESS - NOVEMBER 23 10:00PM : Reach at least PHP 10,000 accumulated online purchases
PLATINUM ACCESS - NOVEMBER 23 11:00PM : Reach at least PHP 5,000 accumulated online purchases
Password for Early Access will be sent out on THURSDAY 23rd November at 10PM GMT+8.
We understand that you might have a few extra questions, or experience an issue during the Black Friday sale which will result in you emailing our customer experience team. When doing so, please ensure that you include as much information about your query in your first message so that our agents can help resolve any questions you may have, as quickly as possible. Please note that things get increasingly busy for us around this time of year, so if you don't receive an immediate response from us, don't panic - we'll be working round the clock to answer your DMs and emails.
There may be a chance that you experience a queue during checkout. In this instance, please do not refresh the page as this will lose your place in the line. We'll get you through as quickly as possible! Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to increased traffic on our stores orders placed over the Black Friday week cannot be amended, or cancelled. This includes order details like changing sizes or colors, adding products, or altering your shipping address, or shipping method.
WILL EXPRESS SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE DURING THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
All usual shipping methods will be available at checkout, however we cannot guarantee that express shipping will be as fast as normal, with increased volumes within the network over the BFCM period. Your shipping timeframe will begin once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow up to 7 additional business days for your order to arrive (in addition to the shipping timeframe chosen at checkout), before reaching out to our Customer Support Team. Tracking may take up to 48 business hours to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email.
