Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes, all orders worth P6,000 and above, except for same day delivery. All delivery booked via 3rd party courier will be shouldered by the customer.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping is 2-3 days within Metro Manila, while for provincial addresses, it takes 5-7 days after order processing.
Note: Business days do not include Sundays and holidays in the Philippines
Do you accept same day delivery?
We accept requests for same day delivery from Monday to Saturday 9AM to 6PM that will be initiated and booked by customer either through Grab, Lalamove or other couriers.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally. However, the shipping rate depends on the area, and some remote locations will require additional fees due to the distance and the lack of shipping dispatch centers. You will see a more detailed representation of the shipping costs upon checkout.
As of the moment, we also do not deliver to PO boxes. If your order is addressed to a PO Box, it will be delayed as we will have to contact you for a house address.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive another e-mail with shipping information.
Do you accept returns?
We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that the customer will handle all shipping costs.

STEP 1: Request exchange or refund to store credit if your item is out of stock, and kindly wait for approval within 2-3 days.
STEP 2: Once approved, you will get a confirmation email and go signal to ship back the items within 2-3 days to the address provided on the exchange approval email. If we did not receive the item back within this timeline, the exchange/return request will automatically be cancelled.
STEP 3: Once we receive the exchange item in our warehouse, we will process the new order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on the courier (shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer upon receiving the new item).
IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY:
1. Make sure that the return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock Richboyz pouch.
2. Tag should be intact and has not been removed
3. All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
4. Items should not be worn, washed or smell like perfume.
*any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subjected to cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore.
Am I eligible for returns/exchanges?
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:
1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Item(s) were not purchased with a discount of 25% or more; item(s) labeled as FINAL SALE. These sales are considered final and cannot be returned.
3. Item(s) must be undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it.
4. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, complete with its tag and packaging.
Note: All returns are refunded via store credit. FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I return my order?
1. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. In the email, please indicate the items you will be returning, as well as your order number and order email.
3. The team will reply with a confirmation email detailing your return request, the return address and additional return instructions.
4. Head to any branch of the courier or book a 3rd party courier for same day shipping.
5. Once you have shipped the items to our warehouse, please fill out the form we linked to in the confirmation email. Don't forget to include the tracking details so we can confirm when it has reached our partner warehouse.
6. After the return shipment has been confirmed, please allow 2-5 business days after the item is received for us to process the store credit refund.
How (and how soon) will I receive my store credit refund?
Your store credit will be issued once you send the item back to us with the provided return label.

I received the wrong order. What do I do?
While steps are in place in order to avoid this, as soon as you notice it, kindly contact us immediately at email@example.com. Kindly attach images of the item/s you received along with a copy of the order invoice. We will sort it out as soon as possible.
My item was damaged or faulty!
All of our items are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Kindly include images showing the faulty/damaged product. We'll make sure to sort out the problem quickly.
Additionally, we cannot be held liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
How do I wash my Richboyz products?
We recommend washing all products on a cool wash, and allow to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.
How long does it take to restock?
Richboyz works around the clock to restock popular items when they are out of stock.
To be the first to know when an item gets restocked, click the 'NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK' button on the product page to be notified via email. However, the best way to avoid a stockout is always to add them to your cart quickly--these styles go fast.
What fabric do you use for your hoodies?
All of our hoodies use Brushed Terry Fabric.
Brushed terry fabric is a type of textile that is known for its soft and comfortable feel. It is made by weaving cotton fibers into loops, which are then brushed to create a plush surface. The brushing process pulls up the fibers to create a textured surface that feels fluffy and cozy against the skin. The result is a fabric that is both warm and breathable, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
For our Season 2 Collection, we use Heavy Brushed Terry Fabric with a weight of 540 GSM. Our First Collection weighs 380 GSM.
