Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 14 business days from date of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds as our policy is STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY.

Exchange requests beyond the 14 business days grace period will not be accepted.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and this is non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We allow exchange of items within 14 days provided that customer will handle all shipping cost. Kindly visit our Returns Center to process your exchange of item.

STEP 1: Request exchange of size OR if out of stock, you may choose to exchange item or refund to store credit. Kindly wait for approval within 2-3 days.

STEP 2: Once approved, you will get a confirmation email and go signal to ship back the items within 2-3 days to the address provided on the exchange approval email. If we did not receive the item back within this timeline, the exchange/return request will automatically be cancelled

STEP 3: Once we receive the exchange item in our warehouse, we will process the new order within 3-5 business days. Shipping time depends on the courier (shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer upon receiving the new item).


  • Make sure that the return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock Richboyz pouch.
  • Tag should be intact and has not been removed
  • All freebies (stickers, etc.) in the pouch should be included.
  • Items should NOT smell like perfume, worn and washed.
  • * any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be subject for cancelled return as these products cannot be sold anymore.

    * any request for exchange beyond 14 day period that was insisted by the customer is subject for approval. If request is approved but the items returned did not pass the quality check, return request will automatically be cancelled. 

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
